Today I’m home alone and it’s just me and the weights bench. I could have ignored it, I could have cleaned the kitchen, I could have washed clothes or a million other things.
But I didn’t.

Instead I worked on the hardest job of all, which is also the most important.
Taking care of me.

My legs are wobbly and my ass hurts, but hopefully, in a few month’s time they will look a hell of a lot better in sexy undies😂

Meet my instrument of torture for today.
I personally found it hilarious that I looked at this thing thinking WTF is that and then had to google every specific exercise so I knew how to do it. THEN I felt like everyone in the gym was watching me looking like a twat trying to get it done.
