I’m a coach, mentor and “shouter-from-the-rooftops” about the fact that focus, planning & organisation gets results (I also have a thing for coffee, wine and shoes!).
Do you know what else makes me happy?
Knowing I have helped someone realise their potential and abilities.
Being able to help other women achieve goals is a great feeling. Be that through coaching, mentoring, teaching new skills or passing on the game changing nature of planning & organisation, it makes me warm and fuzzy.
I am in a good place now, however, that wasn’t always the case.
I spent a lot of my life existing, not living.
From the outside everything looked OK. however, I wasn’t happy. I spent too much of my time prioritising things that were not important and completely ignoring the things that were. I had unknowingly allowed myself to believe that I was not important, not capable and not worthy.
I knew I could do more with my life but I wasn’t clear on what that was or how I could make it happen. I felt useless and helpless and just plain miserable.
It took me a long time to realise that the life I was in, and the experiences I was having, were blocking me from doing what I wanted and being the person I wanted to be.
Something had to change and it came to the point where I realised that if I didn’t start prioritising myself and my own goals, there was no way my life was ever going to be any different.
That realisation was scary, but also enlightening, and it started a chain of events which enabled me to create the happiness I really needed.
Maybe you are feeling a bit stuck too.
Maybe you want to do more with your life, change your career, build a business or just start afresh.
Maybe you are just unsure of your purpose in the world.
You can do and be more.
Nothing’s impossible. You just have to have a plan.
I love to plan!
